How buying works

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD and Paddle will apply your local currency and any regional taxes at checkout. Every purchase is a single, non-recurring payment tied to the log you buy it from — nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

About the introductory prices

The prices above are introductory launch pricing while MedStitch is new. Standard pricing is $4.95 for the PDF report, $6.95 to archive a log, and $9.95 for the bundle. Any purchase you make locks in the price at the time of checkout — there’s no recurring charge and no re-purchase later.

Refunds

Because upgrades unlock immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong on our side, or you were charged for something you never received, email support@medstitch.net and we’ll make it right. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
