Shared medication tracking for families and caregivers

When more than one person is helping, one log keeps everyone honest.

MedStitch is a shared logbook for family caregivers tracking medication doses, temperatures, and blood pressure together — during an illness or through any stretch of daily meds.

Doses, vitals, and symptoms — everyone caring for them sees the same page. One shared link, no app, no account, no subscription — ever.

Keep each illness as your own record — look back next time, and bring it to a doctor to show exactly what happened.

Keep it private: a first name or nickname is all you need — please skip full names, birthdays, and diagnoses.

MedStitch is a shared logbook for personal, family use — not medical advice or a medical record. By starting a log you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

How shared dose tracking works

  1. Start a log in seconds

Enter who's sick — just a first name or nickname. No sign-up, no app store, no password.

  2. Share one link

Send the link or QR code to everyone helping. Mom, Dad, Grandma, the sitter — anyone with the link can view and log doses.

  3. Everyone stays in sync

Each dose, temperature, and blood pressure reading appears for the whole family in real time, so no one double-doses and nobody has to text "did you already give it?"

Frequently asked questions

Is MedStitch a medical record or medical advice?

No. MedStitch is a shared logbook for personal, family use at home — not a medical record, not a clinical tool, and not medical advice. Dose timing comes only from what you set; always check the product label or ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Do I need to download an app or create an account?

Neither. MedStitch runs in your browser and works as a shareable link. There's no app to install and no account, username, or password to create. You can optionally add it to your home screen as a lightweight app (PWA).

How do other caregivers join the log?

You share one link or QR code — that's the only step. Anyone you send it to can open the log instantly in any browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. There's no app to install, no account to create, and no password to enter or remember. Once they open the link, they see every dose, temperature, and blood pressure reading already in the log and can start adding their own entries right away. Each person picks a nickname — Mom, Dad, Grandma, the overnight sitter — so the log always shows who added what and when. New entries appear in real time for everyone on the same link, so two caregivers in different homes or different cities are always looking at the same up-to-date record. You can also pull up the QR code inside the log and let someone scan it directly from their phone camera — no typing, no copy-pasting.

Is it private?

Private by design. We ask only for a nickname — no full names, birthdays, or diagnoses needed — and we collect no email, phone number, or any account information. Log links are long and unguessable, and log pages are marked so search engines never index them. Free logs are permanently and automatically deleted after 7 days — every dose entry, temperature, blood pressure reading, and note in them — with nothing retained. Any caregiver on the log can delete an individual entry or the entire log at any time through the app. For archived logs, deletion happens when you email us and ask. We use no advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. The only technical data we collect — anonymous visit counts and crash reports — contains nothing from your log entries. Read the full privacy policy for details on what we store, where it lives, and when it is deleted.

What does it cost?

Starting and sharing a log is completely free. Every free log comes with 7 days of shared tracking — unlimited caregivers on one link, dose timers, temperature logging, and blood pressure history — at no cost. Three optional one-time purchases can unlock more: a PDF report ($3.49) downloads a printable summary of every entry formatted for a doctor's appointment; an archive ($5.95) stops the log from auto-deleting so it stays as a permanent record; and a bundle ($7.95) includes both together. None of these are subscriptions — each is a single payment that unlocks the feature immediately and is never charged again. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your card details never touch our servers. Nothing renews, there's no trial period that converts to paid, and the free shared log for your whole care team stays free.

Can I keep a log to look back on later?

Yes. Free logs disappear after 7 days, but you can keep any log forever as your own record — handy for spotting patterns next time someone's sick, or to show a doctor exactly what happened and when.
